The App helps you configure, validate, and assemble a local Property Management Setup Pack by selecting scope modules, setting practical operating arrangements, and generating a locally exportable summary for planning and organization.

This policy applies to your use of the App on Android devices. It describes the types of information that may be handled locally on your device and the limited circumstances in which information may be shared externally.

On-Device Storage

The App is designed to operate locally on your Android device. The following types of workflow data may be stored locally as part of the App's core functionality: saved packs library entries (pack titles, property labels, last edited timestamps, and status); draft and final pack configurations, including included, excluded, or undecided items, boundary notes, and checklists; user preferences such as theme, text size support, export format preference, default pack naming pattern, and helper guidance expansion default; a local property context label and selections; and any user notes or remarks you include in the pack export.

Data Not Automatically Collected

The core workflow of the App keeps your locally stored content on the device. The App does not require login or account registration, and it does not provide payment or subscription functionality. Because the App stores this information locally, the Company does not receive it unless you explicitly choose to share or export it.

User-Controlled Export and Sharing

You may export, copy, or share locally generated summaries or pack files using Android system actions. This occurs only when you initiate the action, and the data remains on your device unless you choose to export, copy, or share it.

If you use the App to open the Company website or send an email, those actions are performed through external Android services. The external services have their own privacy practices, and the Company does not control them.

Data Retention

Your local data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App's local data through Android settings, or uninstall the application. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them.

Security

The Company takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and you are responsible for safeguarding your device and any exported files.

The App outputs are based on your own entries and are intended for planning, scope-setting, and local organisation only.
